Chest is a personal library for movies, TV shows, anime, and books. If something is not working, or you have a question, we want to hear from you.
Email us
We read every message. For a bug, include your Chest username, the device and OS version, and what you were trying to do. We typically reply within a few days.
In the app
Signed-in, you can send a note from Settings → Send feedback (bug, idea, or other). That is the fastest way to report something you just ran into.
Common questions
I cannot sign in
Chest uses Clerk for accounts. Try again on a network you trust, then email us with the screen you see if it still fails.
How do I import Goodreads or IMDb?
In the app, open Settings → Import Chest, then upload a Goodreads library CSV or an IMDb CSV (Your Ratings and/or a list / Watchlist export — IMDb does not offer one combined file). Matching runs in the background — you can leave the screen. We’ll email you a report when it finishes.
How do I export my library?
In the app, go to Settings → Export Chest for a CSV of your titles.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Delete account. That permanently removes your Chest library data associated with the account.
Is my library private?
Yes, by default. Saved titles stay private unless you add Friends and share your library. Ratings are public. See the Privacy Policy.
